About this product

From the third movement of Debussy's Suite bergamasque, this is one of his most well-known works. Clair de lune means "moonlight" in French, and as you play through the lush piano solo, you can imagine the night sky and all its wonder. Watch for the dynamic contrast, and bring out the melodic notes that appear along with a beautiful flowing accompaniment.

Beautiful

What a gorgeous song. I have to practice and practice and PRACTICE but I am determined to learn my favorite classical piece of music. I play it at midnight and it makes my heart soar! It is difficult, but Im trying to push myself beyond the limits of what I think Im capable of. I am so glad I discovered Musicnotes!

Really good version!!

I have been playing piano for 5 years and I have been using musicnotes for about 3 years. And I love it! I have always wanted to learn this song but I thought that It was too hard for me to teach myself. But I got it in this version and I am in the process of teaching it to myself and so far its working quite well! I would totally recommend it to anyone!

Another very beautiful French composition!

May I please thank you for arranging this beautiful composition in the key of C Major? I am very happy to make more immediate progress with Clair de Lune by Claude Debussy due to the easier arrangement which is turning out somewhat beautifully already. I am not a professional pianist, but practice and perform for my own benefit. It is a work I wish to learn since I have already learned a simple version of it in Denes Agays Joy of Piano. Thank you.
