Tell My Father

This is the only song I know that actually makes me cry. Its about a Civil War soldier who was wounded in combat. Because medicine was not very good back then, he is going to die. The song is about the letter he is writing to his father. When I preformed it in front of my music class, I put a modern spin on it. I made it into a soldier who was killed in the Iraq wars ghost who came back to tell his friend to tell his father his last thoughts. Everyone in the roo, was crying when we finished. It was awsome.
