Well, I was thrilled to find this on the Musicnotes site. I was hired for a wedding with 10 days to find and learn this piece. It would have been better to have "Brandenburg Concerto No. 1" with the "Allegro" title. It did take me a while to find it. I would have been happier finding a piano solo arrangement, too. Thankfully, I can record on my keyboard, so I learned the piano accompaniment and recorded it, then played the violin solo during the playback. Yes, the bride and groom were very pleased. (This was his only pick for the wedding, so there was no other option.) I loved the accuracy of this piece. I've only heard it, but the two parts together were a fantastic play. It was also a great challenge, so the authenticity of the piece was maintained. Thank you Musicnotes! You got it right on this one. (Please just find a piano solo arrangement, too!)
