Reviews
Displaying all reviews (8)For piano used in modern pop songs, very few songs can match the harmonic and sound quality of the piano parts in "Clocks" by Coldplay. The beat is fast, is 120 bpm, and my daughter has been playing the timing very well by ear. I hope when our metronome comes in the mail this week she can nail the timing perfectly. "Clocks" is a quite a workout of the fingers to play it, but she just loves this song. Highly recommended, at least for intermediate skill players.

It sounds so beautiful, my 13 year old daughter loves it!

My father has always been an intense coldplay fan and particularly enjoys this song, I decided to surprise him when he came home from work one day by playing it and it had him in tears! definitely worthwhile piece, recommend it

This arrangement sounds just like the original recording. It is an active arrangement with both hands moving continuously, sometimes with similar type movements, sometimes quite different. My students that have played this piece so far have been high school students, and they have really enjoyed accomplishing this piece!

Its pretty each to play and is the full version.
However, no lyrics were included and feel there are too many repeated notes in the LH in places. This does appear to be Coldplays own version of their own music and not an arrangement this time.
The intro, pretty famous by now, is just the same notes and then repeated notes in the LH. Id have expected some harmonies in the intro.
Ive seen some arrangements on YouTube which were interesting and I think I can get the lyrics from there as well.
Still glad to have this version though.
