Fun to learn "Succession Finale"
7/13/2023 11:45:56 AMI ordered the Succession Series Finale Piano Suite three days ago and cant put it down - presently practice 2-3 hours/day which is engaging and fun. Britells compositions are very interesting in the way they use common classical piano structures and approaches while incorporating more contemporary anguishing themes and tensions. This Suite is very good but it varies from the recorded version in measures 121 and 130 (missing a beat 4 note that is a 3rd down in the left hand). An error is repeated in measures 170 & 178 (the right hand should descend to a g flat which should have been noted as an accidental). Otherwise, the arrangement is very satisfying and fun to play - and easily picked up by anyone of intermediate and higher level of proficiency.
