6/20/2012 1:48:11 AMI have had difficulty on multiple occasions getting your music to print correctly, the FAQ section on Printing is ridiculous, and when someone is trying to deal with a problem and their working hours dont coincide with your small strip of a time zone they are completely stuck and have to spend hours sifting through irrelevant articles. Could you please work on a streamline solution to the way you have things printed because frankly, any FAQ that large needs to be more specifically addressed. And it may be more of a time investment for you to have more extensive hours on your hotline, but honestly, if I knew of any other place I could download the music I needed by tomorrow, youd be losing a customer. :(
