With all too few piano solo arrangements of Thomas Newmans music, each additional one gives me hope that there might be more. This one specifically, though, is arranged beautifully. One thing about Thomas Newmans music, if you dont transcribe it completely accurately, it wont sound anything like its supposed to. This one is accurate! Please, let there be more Newman piano solos!

The Axiom sounds a little strange here and there, but thats how its supposed to be; its indeed a space theme. Its not the same on the piano as with a full orchestra, but its as accurate as possible. The song is a little bit difficult to play; it has some big leaps, and change key twice. However, when you have practiced some times, its getting easier. All in all, The Axiom is a very nice song. Its well arranged, and it really gives you the right Wall•E feeling.
