11/6/2007 7:10:38 PMI wrote a School music program with the subject matter the history of Indiana music and found that this song was perfect for teaching 4th and 5th grade students. The ability to put it in whatever key was most suited also makes MusicNotes.com a preferrable site to use. The chords placed above the staff made it possible for me to arrange the song for use with elementary students. I was also able to teach them by ear by first teaching the melody and then using the chords to enhance their performance.
