6/24/2009 7:47:00 AMI was extremely disappointed with this arrangement! I expect a vocal arrangement to have one staff for the voice and a double staff for piano. This arrangement was a piano part with the vocal part superimposed upon it, sometimes in the wrong octave. Especially on the second page, which could not be previewed, it was difficult to read. My voice student had trouble reading it and was only able to follow because she knew the song. As a result, I have now had to order another arrangement from a reputable publisher to replace it. To pay $5 for one song, and get a poor arrangement, is ridiculous. I will pay $15 for 75 songs that are in usable condition. You lost a customer.

You havent lost a customer here but I do agree with one point. Only having the ability to review the first page of a song has prevented me from ordering a significant number of songs. And, you know I have ordered a fairely large number. The cost is a bit high but I have offset that feeling in my hippocampus by enjoying the detail, ie voice range, transpostion etc and convenience of rapid recovery.
